Valeura holds an operated interest in two shallow-water offshore licenses in the Gulf of Thailand: license G10/48, which contains the Wassana oil field, and license G6/48, which contains the Rossukon oil field. In addition, Valeura is purchasing a 100% interest in a mobile offshore production unit onsite at the Wassana Field. The transaction closed on June 15.
Valeura Energy Asia has an agreement to acquire the Thai upstream oil producing portfolio of Mubadala Energy subsidiary Busrakham Oil and Gas.
