Equinor adds two years to Archer North Sea wells contract

SANDNES, Norway — Equinor has extended Archer’s well services contract in the North Sea by a further two years.

This covers plugging and abandonment as well as the supply of fishing and downhole mechanical isolation equipment.

Based on current activity levels, Archer anticipates an estimated value of $60 million.
