    Evolution in seismic image quality in the Central North Sea: The 2010 PSDM generated with a layer-stripping tomography model (left) is noticeably band-limited. The 2015 PSDM using a multi-layer tomography model (center) has some residual multiple contamination and amplitude inconsistencies. The new 2018 Kirchhoff least-squares migration using a Q-FWI model (right) provides a clearer image of the Jurassic pod in the center-left of the image, free from residual multiple energy with consistent amplitudes at its top and base, and visible internal faulting.
