North Sea Rev field granted life extension

OSLO, Norway – Repsol Norge has approval from Norway’s Petroleum Safety Authority to extend production from the Rev field facilities in the southern Norwegian North Sea.

Rev is part of production license 038 C: this was previously valid until April 1, 2021, but it has now been extended to end-December 2023.

The field produces gas and condensate via a subsea template with three wells, with production exported through a 10-km (6.2-mi) pipeline to Chrysaor’s Armada platform in UK waters.
