LYNGBY, Denmark – Maersk Drilling has issued an update on two offshore drilling contracts in its latest fleet status report.
This July TotalEnergies E&P Danmark will take the jackup Maersk Reacher for well intervention services under a 21-month campaign, extendable by up to 27 further months.
For ONE-Dyas, the harsh environment jackup Maersk Resolute is drilling the IJssel and Clover exploration wells in the Dutch North Sea. The contract started last December.
In addition, ONE-Dyas B.V has exercised an option to add drilling of the F06-09 well to the work scope, so the rig will now likely be contracted until April.
The value of the extension is around $2.9 million.
