LAGRANGE, Georgia-- Kaydon Custom Filtration has upgraded coalescer and separator elements for KA-XP turbine oil conditioning systems.

The new, pleated design of the K2100 coalescer for the KA-XP series turbine oil conditioning systems is said to deliver fast, efficient single-pass water removal.

The coalescer redesign, coupled with the K3100 separator's improved fine filtration layer offer protection for turbine oil, especially in the event of a sudden water ingression. The combination can keep particulate to better than 16/14/11 per ISO 4406 and strip out all free and emulsified water; the most damaging water to critical components for rotating equipment.

By lowering operating and maintenance costs and reducing wear, these elements deliver improved uptime and return on investment.
