LONDONPetrogas NEO UK – a jointly owned company formed by Petrogas E&P UK and NEO Energy – has appointed Petrofac to establish its new North Sea business under a two-year, $50-million contract.

Petrofac will integrate the services of Petrogas NEO UK’s operations, projects, and well engineering activities.

In addition, it will support the transition of operations on the recently acquired Quad 15 and Flyndre area assets, providing ongoing operational, maintenance, engineering and construction support, and well engineering/project management support services.
