    NEO extends Petrofac North Sea wells arrangement

    ABERDEEN, UK – NEO Energy has extended Petrofac’s UK North Sea well management and well operator services contract by five years.

    Petrofac will provide operational support for 27 wells across NEO’s Affleck, Balloch, Dumbarton, Lochranza, and Finlaggan fields in the UK central North Sea, and the company may also execute future well construction and intervention campaigns in 2022/23.

    Initially NEO awarded Petrofac an integrated services contract in 2020, covering operational, maintenance, engineering, and construction support for the company’s UK activities while retaining direct procurement and managing sub-contracted services.
