NIOC, with a vast amount of oil and gas resources, boasts it is one of the world’s largest oil companies. 

NIOC consists of seventeen production companies, eight technical service companies, seven managements, six divisions (administrative units) and five organizational units.

Pars Oil and Gas Co. (POGC) is a subsidiary of NIOC, and it is responosible for the South Pars gas field.
