ST JOHN’S, Canada – The Canada-Newfoundland Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB) has issued a significant discovery license to Equinor Canada, based on the Harpoon O-85 exploration well.
The C-NLOPB’s interpretation of well and seismic data suggests recoverable oil from the 2013 discovery at around 40 MMbbl.
