MUSCAT, Oman — Masirah Oil has restarted oil production from the Yumna Field in Block 50 offshore Oman.

Production had been shut in since late October due to damage caused to the internal pressure- containing liner of a recently installed larger flowline.

A replacement flowline was installed, allowing operations to resume.
