PSA clears Okea for Draugen wells offshore mid-Norway

OSLO, Norway – Okea has approval from Norway’s Petroleum Safety Authority to start appraisal drilling around the Draugen field in the Norwegian Sea.
Odfjell’s semisubmersible Deepsea Nordkapp is due to start drilling wells 6407/9-11 and 6407/9-12 in licenses 093 and 093 D next month, with the program set to last around 24 days.
