SHARJAH, UAE – Lamprell has appointed Christopher McDonald as CEO and director, effective Oct. 1, 2016.
Prior to his appointment, McDonald held the position of executive vice president and group head of business development with Petrofac based in the UAE. He will join Lamprell on Sept. 13, and transition into the CEO role.
McDonald will succeed Jim Moffat, who is retiring from the company. Following a handover period, Moffat will take up his part time consultancy role from mid-November until March 31, 2017. He will stand down as a director on Sept. 30, 2016.
