SINGAPORE – VME Process has won a contract from BW Offshore to provide eight process modules for the FPSO to serve Kangean Energy’s Terang Sirasun Batur fields.
The modules are to be designed to process 340 MMcf/d of gas and include separation and oil treatment, compression, fuel gas treatment, produced water, gas dehydration, flare, and utilities.
The project will be managed by VME’s Singapore office with fabrication at its Batam, Indonesia, facility. Fabrication is to begin this year, with completion staggered through 2Q-3Q 2011.
