Offshore staff
HOUSTON– Mustang will do the topsides detailed engineering, procurement support, and equipment inspection for a truss spar floating production facility in the Lucius field in the Gulf of Mexico.
The Anadarko Petroleum Corp. operated development is in 7,100 ft (2,164 m) water depth in Keathley Canyon and will have a capacity of 80,000 b/d of oil and 450 MMcf/d of natural gas.
Detailed engineering is scheduled to be completed in 3Q 2012 and first production is expected in 2014. Mustang recently completed conceptual and front-end engineering design for the project.
