ABU DHABI, UAE – ADNOC has awarded Penspen a project management consultancy framework agreement.
The company’s Middle East and Africa region team will provide services to ADNOC’s upstream, midstream, and downstream segments.
Services will cover all stages of the project lifecycle, including supervision of front-end engineering and design (FEED) contractors, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors and licensors.
The four-year agreement will support ADNOC’s growth plans for the Middle East and Africa.
