NOIA appoints new president

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) has selected Erik Milito as president, effective Nov. 1, 2019.

Milito comes to NOIA from the American Petroleum Institute, where he served for the past 17 years. He was most recently Vice President, Upstream and Industry Operations, covering regulatory, legislative, and technical matters related to US oil and natural gas exploration and production.

He succeeds Randall Luthi, who departed NOIA in July 2019 to serve as chief energy advisor to Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon.
