COPENHAGEN, Denmark — Equinor and partner Polenergia have secured vessel reservation agreements with Cadeler for two wind farm developments in the Baltic Sea offshore Poland.

The Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3 bottom-fixed offshore wind projects are 27 km and 40 km, respectively, from the port of Łeba. Cadeler will install the 100 wind turbine generators using an O-Class and a P-Class vessel starting in 2027. Estimated value of the agreements, still to be confirmed, is in the range EUR110 million to EUR130 million (US$118.7 million to US$140.3 million).

Once operational, the developments should generate a combined capacity of 1,440 MW.
