Offshore staff
KRISTIANSAND, Norway -- Siem Offshore Inc. and Five Oceans Services GmbH have entered into a three-year charter for the Siem Carrier platform supply vessel (PSV). The vessel will carry out cable lay, ROV, and offshore construction support worldwide. The contract begins in 4Q 2007.
Siem expects to invest $6 million to upgrade the PSV before the contract begins.
