SINGAPORE -- Keppel Singmarine had delivered the ice-class FSO Yri Korchagin to Lukoil. The vessel, the first ice-class FSO deployed in the Caspian region, will be moored at the Yuri Korchagin field.

Yri Korchagin features a forecastle deck structure for a soft yoke mooring system, double bottom and double hull, a cargo oil control station, machinery space, and a helipad.

The FSO has an oil storage capacity of approximately 28,000 metric tons (30,865 tons). The vessel is built to receive an uninterrupted service of crude oil from a fixed ice-resistant platform (IFP-1) through a single-buoy mooring system. Oil is stored onboard and offloaded of oil to shuttle tankers.
