Offshore staff
PARIS – Statoil has taken up its last option with Technip for a frame contract covering diving, pipeline repair, contingency and modification services offshore Norway.
Technip has held this contract since January 2007, which is now extended through December 2014. The company anticipates annual revenue in the range of €50-80 million ($64-102 million).
This is an exclusive agreement covering all of Statoil’s diving and diver-assisted operations. The scope includes management and execution of subsea marine operations within inspection; maintenance and repair and diving, such as planned maintenance, modifications and installation work; and contingency for pipeline and subsea equipment repair.
Technip’s operating center in Stavanger manages the contract.
