NORTH SYDNEY, Australia – Worley (formerly WorleyParsons) has formed a 50:50 joint venture with Enaval Brazil.
Worley Enaval (WE) Integrated Solutions, based in Rio de Janeiro, combines Worley’s engineering and brownfield capabilities with Enaval’s fabrication, engineering, construction, installation, commissioning, maintenance and modifications services.
The venture will offer brownfield EPC and maintenance, modifications and operations services from concept to closeout to the Brazilian oil and gas market.
It already has a contract for a brownfield subsea tieback in Brazil designed to increase production through the existing FPSO.
