In the North Sea, Dana Petroleum has issued a binding Letter of Award (LoA) for the Prospector 1 rig to drill one well, likely starting in November with an estimated duration of 30 days.
Upon completion of the program, the same rig will drill three wells in the Dutch North Sea for ONE-Dyas, with the 210-day campaign due to begin in December. The ONE-Dyas LoA includes options to extend the work by a further 210 days.
Offshore Congo, New Age has booked the Natt jackup to drill one well over an anticipated period of 60 days, starting in November. Total value of all three deals is more than $43 million, excluding options, mobilization and demobilization compensation.
Finally, Borr’s Odin jackup has initiated operations offshore Mexico under a one-well contract.
