Petrobel extends Shelf jackup stay offshore Egypt

Belayim Petroleum (Petrobel) has extended its current contract with Shelf Drilling for the Trident 16 jackup in the Gulf of Suez offshore Egypt.

DUBAI, UAE – Belayim Petroleum (Petrobel) has extended its current contract with Shelf Drilling for the Trident 16 jackup in the Gulf of Suez offshore Egypt.

This is in direct continuation of the current term, with the option for a further one-year extension.

Trident 16 has been working with Petrobel on the Belayim fields since 2015.
