Petrobel prolongs Gulf of Suez jackup contract

Belayim Petroleum Co. (Petrobel) has extended by a year its contract for Shelf Drilling’s jackup Trident 16 offshore Egypt.

DUBAI, UAE – Belayim Petroleum Co. (Petrobel) has extended by a year its contract for Shelf Drilling’s jackup Trident 16 offshore Egypt.

The rig has been working for Petrobel on its fields in the Gulf of Suez, and will now remain on contract through February 2021.
