Medco Energi books jackup for Bualang Field workovers

Medco Energi Thailand (Bualang) has contracted Japan Drilling Co.’s HAKURYU-11 jackup for four workover wells on the Bualang Field offshore Thailand.

TOKYO, Japan — Medco Energi Thailand (Bualang) has contracted Japan Drilling Co.’s HAKURYU-11 jackup for four workover wells on the Bualang Field offshore Thailand.

The 60-day program, due to start around the end of this month, carries options for three more wells.
