SKUDENESHAVN, Norway – Solstad Offshore will supply the platform supply vessel Normand Tortuga to support OMV Taranaki’s upcoming drilling program offshore New Zealand.
The contract will take effect by mid-March and run for 250 firm days, with options to extend by up to 11 months.
OMV will conduct its Crestal drilling campaign at the Maui A platform.
Solstad now has two vessels booked for work in the region, the other being the construction support ship Normand Baltic.
