    Normand Surfer to support multi-well North Sea campaign

    An unnamed operator has contracted Solstad Offshore’s platform supply vessel Normand Surfer to support a drilling campaign in the UK North Sea, due to start in 1Q 2021.

    SKUDENESHAVN, Norway – An unnamed operator has contracted Solstad Offshore’s platform supply vessel Normand Surfer to support a drilling campaign in the UK North Sea, due to start in 1Q 2021.

    The contract covers four wells with an estimated total duration of around 550 days, plus two option wells.

    Elsewhere in UK waters, Solstad’s contract for the PSV Far Spica has been extended with its current charterer through December 2021.

    Offshore Suriname, Tullow Oil has contracted the PSV Normand Supra to support a one-well program. The three-month contract includes vessel transit time.
