OSLO, Norway – Pandion Energy has agreed to acquire ONE-Dyas Norge from ONE-Dyas Holdings B.V.
The transaction, which requires approval from the Norwegian authorities, includes a 10% stake in the Nova field in the northern Norwegian North Sea and interest in 11 exploration licenses.
Nova is under development by Wintershall Dea via two subsea templates tied back to the Gjøa platform, and is due to start production in the second half of this year.
Currently Pandion produces over 5,000 boe/d through its 10% ownership in the Valhall and Hod fields in the southern Norwegian North Sea, with rates due to rise later this year once the new Hod B platform comes on stream in 2022.
