CALGARY, Canada – Zenith Energy has established a wholly-owned Norwegian subsidiary, Zenith Norway.
The company plans to participate in future licensing rounds staged by Norway’s Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, and to pursue potential acquisitions of interests in mature energy production facilities across northern Europe.
Zenith will mandate a Norwegian law firm to advise on the process of obtaining pre-qualification status for license rounds.
