RockRose taking minority shares in two UK North Sea fields

    Britain’s Oil & Gas Authority has waived through RockRose Energy’s purchase of Maersk Oil’s interests in license P218 in the UK central North Sea.

    LONDON– Britain’s Oil & Gas Authority has waived through RockRose Energy’s purchase of Maersk Oil’s interests in license P218 in the UK central North Sea.

    RockRose will gain a 5.16% stake in the producing Scott field and 2.36% of the Telford field.
