GDF Suez ups stake in Dutch offshore field

San Leon Energy has agreed to sell its 2.5% royalty interest in the Amstel field production license (block Q13a) offshore the Netherlands to operator GDF Suez E&P.

DUBLIN, Ireland – San Leon Energy has agreed to sell its 2.5% royalty interest in the Amstel field production license (block Q13a) offshore the Netherlands to operator GDF Suez E&P.

The transaction should be completed by July 20.
