LONDON – Solo subsidiary, Scirocco (Netherlands) Energy has agreed to acquire from ONE-Dyas various interests in gas fields in the Dutch North Sea under a deal valued at up to €32.1 million ($35.3 million).

Payment of the full amount will depend on first production from 2C resources within one of the fields being acquired.

The package comprises 14 gas fields producing around 99% gas and 1% condensate, operated by ONE-Dyas, Neptune Energy, and Total. Solo describes the fields as mid-life assets with relatively low abandonment expenditure.

Net average production from these interests looks set to increase to around 2,125 boe/d in 2020 and potentially exceed 3,300 boe/d by 2022.
