    MELBOURNE, Australia – FAR has executed a sale and purchase agreement with Woodside Energy for FAR’s interest in the offshore Senegal RSSD project.

    Woodside pre-empted FAR’s originally negotiated sale to ONGC Videsh Vankoreft.
