ABERDEEN, UK – PBS has contracted Glacier Energy to supply export gas coolers for Total’s North Alwyn platform in the UK northern North Sea.
The work scope includes design, fabrication, assembly, inspection, and testing of four shell and tube heat exchangers, to be performed by Glacier’s heat transfer solutions division in Aberdeen.
Deliveries should be completed in January.
PBS is a new organization based in Aberdeen comprising Ponticelli UK, Brand UK, and Semco Maritime.
It has a five-year contract to provide general operations and maintenance services to all Total’s UK North Sea facilities.
