HOUSTON – Noble Energy has contracted Tenaris to supply the export pipeline for the Alen gas monetization project offshore Equatorial Guinea.

This 70-km (43-mi) pipeline will transport natural gas from the Alen offshore platform to existing onshore processing facilities on Bioko Island.

Tenaris is expected to produce 21,000 metric tons of line pipe at its Confab welded pipe mill in Pindamonhangaba, Brazil.
