    Kencana Petroleum to construct West Belumet wellhead platform

    Newfield Peninsula Malaysia has awarded Kencana Petroleum a contract for the fabrication and procurement of a jacket and topside for the West Belumut wellhead platform, according to reports from Singapore-based Business Times.

    HOUSTON-- Newfield Peninsula Malaysia has awarded Kencana Petroleum a contract for the fabrication and procurement of a jacket and topside for the West Belumut wellhead platform, according to reports from Singapore-based Business Times.

    The jacket and topside are scheduled for delivery early next year.
