IOOC adding two platforms at Hendijan offshore Iran

BUSHEHR, Iran – Wellhead platform 08 has been installed at the Hendijan oil field in the Persian Gulf, according to news service Shana.

Operator Iranian Offshore Oil Co. should install platform 07 during the next few days. Both structures were loaded out earlier this month from the Bandar Abbas yard.

The newly installed platform, weighing close to 1,000 t, is designed to produce 10,000 b/d of oil from Hendijan.

Production is transported to the Bahregansar platform after entering the central Hendija platform.
