OSLO, Norway – Noreco expects the crane vessel Sleipnir to shortly install two jackets for the Total-operated Tyra redevelopment in the Danish North Sea.

The structures are for the new process and accommodation platforms. Allseas’ Pioneering Spirit removed the old processing and accommodation topsides earlier this month.

McDermott’s yard in Batam, Indonesia is fabricating Tyra’s new processing module and SMOP in Singapore the new riser module. Construction of the new accommodation module continues at the Rosetti Marino yard in Ravenna, Italy.

Tyra remains on track for first gas in 2022.
