Pandion Energy has agreed to sell its 20% share in the Duva oil and gas field in the northern Norwegian North Sea via two transactions.

OSLO, Norway – Pandion Energy has agreed to sell its 20% share in the Duva oil and gas field in the northern Norwegian North Sea via two transactions.

This will involve PGNiG Upstream Norway and Solveig Gas Norway each acquiring a 10% share in licenses PL 636 and PL 636B.

Duva is undergoing development as a subsea tieback to the nearby Gjøa platform, with first production expected in late 2020/early 2021.

At peak production should reach around 30,000 boe/d.
