Lundin trims share of North Sea Sverdrup field

STOCKHOLM, Sweden – Lundin Norway has sold a 2.6% stake in the Johan Sverdrup project in the North Sea to Equinor for $962 million.

The company, which now has a 20% interest in the field development, will use the proceeds to part-service its debts.
