Offshore staff
KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia -- Ranhill Eneregy Sdn. Bhd. of Malaysia has scheduled its first Philippines well to start drilling by June 2007.
Randhill received Philippines Department of Energy permission to take over a 90% stake from PhilMal Petroenergy which operates block SC-4 in Cebu Island. The 265,000 ha block is both offshore in Teton and Cebu straits, and onshore Cebu.
