West Capella books more work offshore Malaysia

Seadrill Partners LLC has secured a four-well contract from an undisclosed company for the drillship West Capella offshore Malaysia.

LONDON – Seadrill Partners LLC has secured a four-well contract from an undisclosed company for the drillship West Capella offshore Malaysia.

It includes an option for up to seven additional wells.

Total contract value for the firm portion is expected to be about $43 million. It is expected to start this month and end in November 2021.
