Offshore staff
LONDON — Harbour Energy and its partners will use Aquadrill’s West Capella drillship for an exploration program offshore Indonesia in 2023-24.
Later this year the vessel should spud a well on the Layaran prospect in the Mubadala-operated Andaman South license, followed by the Halwa prospect northeast of last year’s play-opening Timpan-1 discovery and the Gayo prospect to the southeast on the Andaman II license.
Offshore Mexico operations continue on the Kan exploration well in Block 30, southwest of the Zama Field, operated by Wintershall Dea (Harbour 30%).
A second commitment well on the block, targeting the Ix prospect, is due to spud in April.
