LONDON– Seadrill Partners LLC has secured a five-well contract with the potential of several option wells with Sabah Shell Petroleum Ltd. for the drillship West Capella in Malaysia.

Backlog for the firm portion of the contract is expected to be about $32 million. Drilling is expected to begin in October 2018.
