LONDON – Tower Resources has signed letters of intent concerning the proposed NJOM-3 well on the Njonji structure in the Thali license offshore Cameroon.

One is with COSL, which will supply the jackup Seeker to drill the well. The other is with Geoquip Marine for the MV Investigator technical services vessel.

The latter, now in West Africa, is available for the site survey at Njonji, including boreholes to test the underwater soil consistency, ahead of bringing the drilling rig to the site.

Tower Resources has applied to Cameroon’s Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development for a further extension of the initial exploration period of the license to allow completion of NJOM-3 well, and anticipates approval on the execution of a firm contract for the site survey.
