Petrobras orders deepwater umbilicals from Prysmian

MILAN, Italy — Petrobras has contracted Prysmian to supply 170 km of electro-hydraulic umbilicals and associated offshore and logistic services.
The company will manufacture the deepwater steel tube and thermoplastic umbilicals at its complex in Vila Velha, Brazil, for delivery between 2024 and 2027. The value of the contract is Eur100 million ($108 million).
