Hess appoints senior vice president of Global Exploration and New Ventures

NEW YORK -- Hess Corp. has named Bill Drennen senior vice president, Global Exploration and New Ventures, effective July 2. Drennen will be based in Houston and replaces Bob Strode.

Drennen previously served as vice president, Americas for ExxonMobil Exploration Co. and was responsible for all exploration activities in the US, Canada, Mexico, and South America.
