Wayne L. Lauer has retired as CEO of Bois d'Arc Energy effective Nov. 30, 2007.

HOUSTON -- Wayne L. Lauer has retired as CEO of Bois d'Arc Energy effective Nov. 30, 2007. Laufer will remain a director of the company following his retirement.

Gary W. Blackie will replace Lauer as CEO.
