Pilenko chosen chairman, CEO of Technip

PARIS -- Technip has chosen Thierry Pilenko to succeed Daniel Valot as chairman and CEO.

To ensure a smooth, efficient transition, and as proposed by Valot, Pilenko has been named deputy general manager of Technip as of Jan. 15, 2007.
